KotStock is an AI-powered trade plan generator with direct broker execution. The platform analyzes live and historical market data across multiple timeframes, generates structured trade plans through a conversational AI interface, and can execute the planned trade directly at the user's brokerage.
The problem we solve. Active traders lack the time and tooling to run institutional-grade multi-timeframe analysis on every setup, and manually wiring complex orders with consistent risk management is slow and error-prone. KotStock doesn't just save time; it enables traders to execute complex strategies that are very difficult to run on traditional trading platforms without a high level of proficiency. It compresses hours of chart work into a structured plan, then executes it under the user's own brokerage account with disciplined risk parameters.
Target audience. Active retail investors and traders of all experience levels, from first-time investors looking for a structured way to think about trades, to experienced traders who want faster analysis and tighter execution discipline.

KotStock is founded by Itay Cohen and Nadav Cohen, brothers combining deep engineering experience with years of active market participation.
